SOLAR USA POWER is a U.S.-based renewable energy infrastructure firm focused on originating, structuring, and delivering investment-grade solar projects through disciplined execution and strategic global partnerships.

To originate, structure, and deliver investment-grade solar infrastructure through disciplined capital alignment, advanced systems integration, and rigorous project execution—advancing resilient energy development across domestic and international markets.

To be a globally recognized renewable energy infrastructure leader, building technically resilient and financially sustainable solar developments that strengthen energy security and generate enduring stakeholder value.

Cliff Henry is a distinguished real estate and renewable energy executive with more than 20 years of experience spanning real estate investment, finance, and large-scale energy infrastructure development. His multidisciplinary background uniquely positions him at the intersection of property development, capital structuring, and renewable energy deployment.
He began his professional career in real estate and finance, where he developed extensive expertise in asset acquisition, investment structuring, project financing, and portfolio management. His work in real estate provided a strong foundation in land use strategy, entitlement processes, risk assessment, and long-term asset value creation, skills that would later prove instrumental in utility-scale solar development.
Over the past 15 years, Cliff has built an impressive track record in the global solar industry. He initially entered the sector as an Independent Power Producer (IPP) representing a major Chinese solar panel manufacturer, leading the origination of solar projects across multiple markets. He subsequently transitioned into advisory and full-cycle project development, gaining deep technical and commercial expertise in solar generation and energy infrastructure execution.
Cliff has originated and developed solar projects ranging from 100 kilowatts to 1.4 gigawatts (GW) in scale. His involvement spans the full project lifecycle, from site acquisition and pre-development to financing, procurement, and contract implementation, consistently delivering bankable renewable energy assets.
In addition to solar generation, Cliff has facilitated the procurement and trading of over 500 megawatts of solar modules, further strengthening his global supply chain relationships. His experience also extends into battery energy storage systems (BESS), contributing to approximately 10 gigawatts (GW) of storage projects worldwide, reinforcing his expertise in grid resilience and energy transition strategies. His advisory and origination portfolio includes significant renewable energy developments in Canada and the United Kingdom. Notably, he has been involved in a 1.4-gigawatt solar portfolio in Canada, supported by 700 megawatts of BESS capacity, as well as 150 megawatts of solar projects in the UK. Through these ventures, he has demonstrated the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments, manage cross-border capital structures, and deliver infrastructure assets at scale.
With a career rooted in real estate fundamentals and expanded through global renewable energy leadership, Cliff Henry brings a rare combination of financial sophistication, development expertise, and strategic foresight, positioning him as a trusted authority in both property investment and clean energy infrastructure.
